As a team of mental health professionals with over 10 years of experience, we have assisted clients and patients with a broad range of issues in various settings including mental health facilities, substance abuse residential and outpatient facilities, faith-based institutions, sports teams, and peak performance centers. Our team includes Georgia licensed professionals, National Board-Certified Counselors (NCC), MAMFT, a Certified ADHD Professional (ADHD-CCSP), Mental Performance Coaches, Certified Brain Health Coach, and other specialties. Our work focuses on challenges of anxiety, trauma, depression, ADHD (children, adolescents, and adults), emotional regulation, addictions, substance abuse, personality traits and disorders, peak performance coaching, and more. Our goal is to heal, empowering, optimizing and the individual.
